A New Food Diary

It’s about time i started blogging about the food i’ve been cooking.  I have been avoiding it because of my lack of computer skills. Not that i think it’s that hard to update a blog. But, i really want it to be perfect. I’ll probably be tweaking it here and there, until i’m satisfied. Which is actually similar to creating a recipe!

Although i will admit, no meal can be made perfectly, i don’t believe there is one exact way to make any specific dish. In the end, eating and cooking is about the specific moment, the company, the season, and the ingredients.

So, it is november, and it is unreasonably cold outside. Bitter, even. Teeth chattering, icicle forming, just plain nasty weather.  It seems to me, like the perfect time to stay inside and create some delicious meals for the ones i love. If there is one thing you should know about me, it is that i  love to gather people together, and what better a reason to do so than food?
